2 days Sichuan historical and cultural tour

After breakfast,we will drive to visit Jinsha Museum, which is  the most significant archaeological discovery in the 21st century in China. Thousands of gold plates, jade articles, stone wares, bronze wares and ivories of Kingdom of Shu (221 - 263) are discovered form the site.

Then have a walk at old Jinli street,and eat same snacks here for lunch. After that, we will visit the Wuhou Temple, which built for memorial of one Shu kingdom premier during Three Kingdom period.

Late afternoon, go to the backstage of Sichuan opera tea house. In the grass root style opera house, lots of old fans gather here every day, meet up friends and enjoy the show. We can be one of them, watching the performance and drinking tea. But the most interesting part of this tour is that you have a chance to enter their backstage to see how the actors/ actresses make up.

After breakfast, drive to the Panda Base directly.After 3 hours' sightseeing in the Panda Base, we will go to the Wide and Narrow Alleys, the former residential area of the Royal Manchu people in Qing Dynasty, the traditionl Chinese architectures are well preserved and renovated into tea houses, restaurants, show center and shops. Have a taste of local sichuan snacks for lunch here.Then transfer to Wenshu Monastery, which initially built in the Tang Dynasty (618-907). Wenshu Monastery was once called Xinxiang Templ, is the best-preserved Buddhist temple in Chengdu, also the home of the Buddhist Association of Sichuan Province and Chengdu City.Then drive back to hotel and end today's activity.
